1. Local Processing (No Data Collection)

OmniDownload Pro is a native Windows desktop application. Because the software runs 100% locally on your computer, we do not collect, monitor, or store your download history, URLs, or any media files you download. All conversions and merges happen locally using FFmpeg on your PC.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• No Media Files: We do not run cloud-based conversions and do not host your downloaded files.
• No Activity Logging: We do not track or log what URLs you paste or what files you choose to save.
• No Account Tracking: The core downloader does not require you to create an account or provide personal data.

3. License Key Verification

If you purchase a Premium license, the application will securely contact our licensing server (powered by Keygen) to activate your license key. The only data processed is:

• Your license activation key.
• An encrypted, hashed representation of your hardware ID (purely to enforce the allowed device limits).

4. Connections to Third-Party Platforms

When downloading media, the application connects directly to the platform hosting the video (such as YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok). These connections are subject to the respective host platform's terms of service and privacy policies. OmniDownload Pro is not responsible for or affiliated with the data policies of these third-party platforms.

5. System Updates

To ensure downloading engines remain functional, the app may occasionally query official open-source GitHub repositories to download updates for yt-dlp and FFmpeg. No user data is transmitted during these checks.
